    Comfortable, Effective, and Extremely Hide-able

Hunted last season out of the Beavertail Final Attack, and was extremely impressed by its design and functions. The low profile of the boat allows you to disappear in low vegetation areas, and also has plenty of room inside considering the low design. I mounted a 45lbs thrust trolling motor which allowed for effortless maneuvering through the marshes in SE Iowa.

I have had or still have semi V, jons and custom made wood/glass boats. My 11 year old marine plywood layout boat developed a leak in the top that I discovered too late to fix so I bought one of these, thinking I could always sell it if if did not work out. I have used it a few times so far and canʻt believe I did not get one before now. I slides onto my layout boat trailer so easy, I do not even back it in. I have launched from the side of the road into the marsh with the 3.3 merc on it with no problem. It is very stable, super easy to grass up and holds enough decoys for me (@18 and some Sitting Duck silhouettes). I have always enjoyed marshes over river/bay hunting and may end up selling my 14ʻ and just use this, easiest hunting I have done in over 40 years of duck hunting. It paddles ok, but I suggest a small outboard, my 3.3 merc weighs about 25 lbs and as suggested does not require an external fuel tank. I was debating between this and the Stealth 1200, but the Final Attack hides so much easier. The only drawback is one person, but I mostly hunt by myself and I am encouraging my friends to get one of these.
